3. Payment Data

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. ExeNova does not store your full card details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information. Deposit amounts and membership records are stored in our database to enable refund processing.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate ExeNova (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Supabase for database infrastructure, Vercel for hosting). All providers are bound by appropriate data protection agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Payment and membership records are retained for 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us at manabesh@gmail.com.
