Creator earns in 3 equal tranches: Day 1 on launch, Day 30, and Day 90. Members get their deposit back at Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90 — each tied to their AI accountability score. Miss a checkpoint, lose that tranche.
At Day 90, the final tranche releases. Members who stayed active get their last deposit back. Those who dropped out? Their forfeited deposits redistribute to the members who showed up. The pod can also close early if members vote for it.
